The negroni is an Italian recipe that was born in Florence in 1919, which was born hand in hand with the creation of the Campari aperitif, a classic of Italian bitters, born by Count Camilo Negroni who, upon discovering gin, asked his favorite bar for it. They change the soda from the Americano to gin and from there the Negroni is born. Now, we believe that you can combine it as you please, either with or without gin, with or without vermouth and a little water to dilute it, since non-alcoholic alternatives tend to be a little stronger in flavor.
